Terms of Service for RenoEstimation

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RenoEstimation mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and RenoEstimation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Eligibility

To use RenoEstimation, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Age Restriction: This App is not intended for users under 13 years of age.

Description of Service

RenoEstimation provides:

• Renovation Cost Estimates: Calculate estimated costs for kitchen, basement, and other home renovations
• Customization Tools: Select materials, quality levels, layouts, and design preferences
• Regional Pricing: Location-based cost adjustments using regional multipliers
• Project Management: Save, edit, and manage multiple renovation projects
• Export Capabilities: Generate and share PDF reports of estimates

Subscription Plans and Payments

Free vs. Premium Features

Pricing

• Monthly subscription: $9.99 USD/month
• Annual subscription: $79.99 USD/year (save 33%)
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Extract pricing data for commercial purposes
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law

Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Inaccurate cost estimates or financial decisions based on our estimates
• Contractor performance, workmanship, or project outcomes
• Differences between estimated and actual renovation costs
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

No Professional Relationship

RenoEstimation does NOT:

• Create a contractor-client relationship
• Provide professional advice (architectural, engineering, legal, financial)
• Guarantee or warranty any renovation work
• Assume liability for contractor performance

You are solely responsible for hiring contractors, verifying licenses, and obtaining multiple bids.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the App. By continuing to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
